Introduction

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and acc44 ("acc44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the acc44 website located at acc44.ws, including all games, betting markets, account functions, payment services, and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not open acc44 player accounts.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and your correct date of birth. Any false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You may only hold one acc44 player account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any winnings being voided.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the acc44 Platform, you must register for a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a secure password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Section 3

Deposits — Rules and Conditions

All deposits to your acc44 wallet are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through supported payment methods. acc44 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following rules apply to all deposits made on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳100. There is no prescribed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though acc44 reserves the right to apply transaction limits in certain circumstances.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• All deposits are credited to your acc44 wallet in BDT. acc44 does not charge additional processing fees on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges independently.
• acc44 reserves the right to request verification of the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the matter is resolved.

Section 4

Withdrawals — Processing and Conditions

Players may request withdrawals of their available BDT balance to their registered bKash or Nagad wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. acc44 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within five minutes of approval during operational hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. acc44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing a first withdrawal, acc44 may require basic identity verification (KYC) including confirmation of your name, date of birth, and ownership of the registered mobile number. This is a one-time process per account.
• acc44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. The player will be notified of any such delay and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

acc44 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

All players are expected to use the acc44 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bet information in real time, or otherwise coordinate play in a manner that undermines the integrity of the games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or pricing errors on the Platform. Any winnings resulting from an error that acc44 can demonstrate was not the result of a legitimate bet outcome may be voided.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. acc44 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious activity as required under applicable regulations.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation, or engaging in any activity intended to obtain another player's personal information or credentials.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acc44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, delayed transactions, or any reliance on information published on the Platform.

acc44 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond acc44's control (including but not limited to network outages, government actions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. acc44 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Section 10

Account Suspension and Termination

acc44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited conduct, or any form of bonus abuse.
• acc44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct involving the account.
• The player is found to be under the minimum age of 21. In such cases, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. acc44 will retain records of underage account attempts as required by its internal compliance procedures.

Section 11

Privacy and Data Protection

acc44 collects and processes personal data as described in the acc44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. acc44 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
